Zombie Shooting Targets on the Shopbot CNC Router
ReFab Studio and The Columbus Idea Foundry will be featured at the Woodworking Show in Columbus Ohio this Weekend (Feb 3-5). We decided to quickly print out some fun Zombie Shooting Targets using the Shopbot CNC router. I first searched for some cool images on Google Images. I then took the image and traced it to a vector using Adobe Illustrator. From there I imported it into Partworks to be cut using the Shopbot. I used a 3/8″ compression bit and the entire cut takes less than 2 minutes. They are made out of 1/2″ OSB which is about $6 per sheet. Also, did I mention that they explode when shot with a shotgun from about 30 feet?! Very satisfying!
